You agree to indemnify View Referrals in the event that you do not have the lawful rights to collect, use and share the personal data of the Owner.

We will use the information that you have provided to communicate with you about the referred patient.

How the referral process works

Please submit a full clinical history for any cases being referred.

Following receipt of this history, we will contact the clients directly to arrange an appointment.

Following an appointment (and/or surgery) we will email you a comprehensive but clear ophthalmic report, keeping you in the loop about your patient’s care
