Your clients will see either Michael or Richard each time they visit — ensuring continuity of care as well as a compassionate and professional service.

Support when you need it

We provide detailed reports with photos after every visit and are always just a phone call/email away with friendly advice for those tricky eye cases.

Free CPD for your team

We love to teach. Whether it’s in-house training or a casual chat over lunch, we’re happy to share our knowledge to help your team grow.

How the referral process works

  1. Please submit a full clinical history for any cases being referred.

  2. Following receipt of this history, we will contact the clients directly to arrange an appointment.

  3. Following an appointment (and/or surgery) we will email you a comprehensive but clear ophthalmic report, keeping you in the loop about your patient’s care

  4. If at any time you wish to discuss any matter relating to your patient, then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help.
